To set up a business in the United States of America the business has to adhere to the legal requirements and rules. There are three different types of business organization which are sole proprietorship, partnership and corporation. A Corporate business is a fictional legal chartered by the states and it is subject to income and other taxes. It requires a lawyer to run the business smoothly. Whereas in partnership there are more than one legal entity, it requires a lot of legal work to be done before entering into partnership and under sole proprietorship it consider the person as the sole business. It requires doing business as form to be filled before initiating the business.
