Unlike other countries the work culture of America is extremely different from other coutries.In here people are both professional as well as casual at work. With round the clock schedules and informal atmosphere we presume that the productivity could be much higher and goals easily achievable. Each individual ha a say on and that is welcomed. By passing the hierarchy work structure we believe that between a manager and his subordinate there is not much of a difference. Instead of making big decisions in a meeting we feel it is easier to discuss and eventually come out with a decision.
